Here’s what we ate this month.

Oct 1baked chicken thighs, brussels sprouts with bacon, cous cous
Oct 2–dinner with Gerrit’s family–grilled pork tenderloin, brussels sprouts with bacon, mashed potatoes, brownies with cream cheese frosting
Oct 3–dinner with my family (for my brother’s birthday)–steak, potato casserole, roasted broccoli, bread with olive oil for dipping, cookies and cream cake
Oct 4mushroom marsala pasta

Oct 5creamy greek chicken noodle soup
Oct 6–dinner with Gerrit’s parents–baked pasta with sausage
Oct 7baked chicken thighs, cous cous, zucchini with almonds
Oct 8–Chick-fil-a (out of town)
Oct 9–take out (out of town)
Oct 10–sandwiches
Oct 11pasta with sausage and tuscan beans

Oct 12–friends for dinner–crispy mustard roasted chicken, farro with cous cous, (plus salad and bread pudding that our friends brought)
Oct 13–dinner with Gerrit’s parents–pizza
Oct 14–dinner with my parents–BBQ
Oct 15–ham and cheese sliders, sweet potato fries
Oct 16–leftovers
Oct 17baked potato soup
Oct 18–leftovers

Oct 19–out to eat (work event)
Oct 20–dinner with Gerrit’s parents–pulled pork, scalloped potatoes
Oct 21–dinner with my parents–breaded chicken, risotto, roasted broccoli
Oct 22–out to eat
Oct 23roasted red pepper pasta
Oct 24–dinner at friends’ house–flank steak, potato casserole, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, cookies
Oct 25–sandwiches (we had a big family lunch–korean short ribs, roasted carrots and parsnips, rolls, rice, salads, pumpkin crunch)

Oct 26–pizza
Oct 27–dinner with Gerrit’s parents–pork tacos
Oct 28–dinner with my parents–pesto baked chicken, orzo
Oct 29–Halloween party
Oct 30–roasted chicken, carrots, and potatoes
Oct 31–sandwiches (we had a big lunch during the Auburn game–ham and cheese sliders and taco soup with lots of snacks)
